A tandoor is a cylindrical clay oven fired by hardwood charcoal which heats the side also, thus enabling Indian breads to be cooked on the inside walls and skewered meats to be barbecued at the same time by our experienced tandoori chef. All tandoori dishes are marinated in a speical yogurt mixture for twenty-four hours.
A spring chicken marinated in yogurt and delicate herbs and spices, cooked in our tandoori clay oven over flaming charcoal. Served with nan, green salad, peas polao rice and mint sauce.
Diced boneless meat or shrimp marinated and mildly seasoned with delicate herbs, cooked in our clay oven over flaming charcoal. Served with peas polao rice, green salad and mint sauce.
